Description: Cape Punta Planka is the most protruding part of the mainland into the sea in this part of the Adriatic. Throughout history, it has been very dangerous to sail, as evidenced by the large number of shipwrecks in the area. we can only dive on them technical divers.
Cape Punta Planka itself protrudes to the south with dangerous and inaccessible cliffs near which it is not easy to anchor.
Weather conditions are important for diving in this position because it is often wavy with strong underwater currents.
Diving begins in the shallower part and is mostly about diving on a wall rich in gorgonians and other game and animal species. The walls in some places fall deeper than 40 m and the depth around the cape is dominated by 70-80 m
